Whenever we talk about soft skills then we get a scene of office, boss , colleges & clients in our mind but whenever we are at home then we often forget what are soft skills ! Your children commit mistakes & you get yourself ready to punish them, sometime corporal & sometime in more advanced forms ( That you get in your mind at the moment). So what about our soft skill training ? We all have so many lame execuses as an answer. Well, I belong to a country that is known as India, when we talk to an outsider about our Country then we praise our Culture & Traditions & we often forget our culture & traditions during a small quarrel with our neighbours, we forget our traditons when deal with our old parents when they commit some mistake due to their old age. While we stand before our boss we become well cultured & show our soft skills what we have, to make relationship for our promotion (Financial reasons). There are so many examples are available in our day to day life. We should save a bit of soft skills for our near & dear ones too.
