Today morning, when I was taking tea & trying to analyse the causes; behind my failure, I realise that in maximum number of books (related to personality development), a word often hits the thoughts of readers that is, 'Right Person or How to be a Right Person by doing some engineering in your personality'.
Actually we do not like to be a right person until we do not face a failure (depend on intensity of failure & very similar to law's of physics ).
When I feel like, to have a cup of tea & I get that my sister is not present at home then the situation pushes me to be the 'Right Person'.
As an student I do not like to study but when the exams come every year they pushes me to be the 'Right Person'.
I think , I'll propose the beautiful girl in my office whose smile makes my day but the fear of rejection makes me 'The Right Person', although a wave of fear that somebody else can propose her & makes her name only a password of my facebook or google+ account pushes me to be in touch with her as a 'Right Person'.
I do not like to drive my bike at a limited speed of 40 km/hr but the fear of financial impact controls my speed & makes me 'The Right Person'.
Our leaders do not like to move muscle & get in touch with common people but the fear of elections pushes them outside of their comfort zone & makes them 'A Right Person' at least once in the precious five years.
A businessman do not like to do charity but the pull (or push) to change the face of company & sale its product with a Human Touch, makes him 'A Right Person'.
A thief do not like to steal the things of others or A robber do not like to rob people so what's a kind of push or pull make them such a 'Right Person' to do this job ?
A manager can promote any of the candidates if any of them; is a 'Right Person' but apart from the interest of company, it is important that the 'Right Person' does not harm the manager's interest. This is the thing that makes the person 'A Right Person'.
An inspector can deliver his services efficiently & be the 'Right Person' for people but He/She can not be the 'Right Person' till the time, he does not give at least Rs 100000/ month to his S.P. (apart from the charges of posting at a particular Thana/Kotwali).
After this little analyse process (actually, exercise); I think the push or pull is, still away from me that triggers me to get the Success.
When will this little Indian be 'The Right Person' ? Do you know Almighty ?
