Aayurveda

One sunny day, I decided to visit Atheha, a village market, just 18 km to 20 km from Amethi. I planned to meet mr. Virendra Ojha, an expert in identification of medicinal plants.  

He did not have any formal degree in aayurveda but he was an expert in identification of medicinal plants. Well, he got this talent from 'Guru-Shishya tradition'. 

I reached Atheha in 30 minutes & we started to find #Shankhpushpi, #Punarnava, #Bhumiamla & a number of Aayurvedic plants which anybody can find in his village.

The trip was good & I learnt  identification of some of medicinal plants.
